Edgy Comedian The Trumpmeister Great comedians like Lenny Bruce and George Carlin have always lived on the edge of political correctness, and sometimes they crossed the line. Being court jesters, they were given some allowance for such gaffes but nonetheless chastized. The Donald dares to go where no court jester has gone before, joking about a pandemic as he leads the country. While injecting a little levity into an otherwise dead-serious subject might be risky, it seems fitting for this daredevil president. Not even Evel Knievel dared such humor -- BTW, both achieved similar results; though one survived better.
